Working Processes

Ansa Tech has the technologies for the production of complete exhaust systems, tailored to the technical specifications required by the customer. This includes every necessary process, from laser cutting to bending, shaping, and trimming with 3D lasers, as well as welding and various finishing stages. The company also has a technical center equipped with machinery for additive manufacturing (for metals including Inconel and plastics).

Ansa Tech has an LT5 Tube Laser that cuts tubes with diameters up to 120 mm and a 3D Laser for tubes up to 3 mm in thickness.

With fully CNC tube bending machines, Ansa Tech can bend tubes of any material, according to the specifications requested by the customer, with diameters up to 114 mm.

Ansa Tech is capable of creating any shape and contour at the ends of the tubes: indentations, tapering, widening, simple edging and/or shouldered edging, etc.

MIG/MAG/CMT welding with 6-axis robots; manual welding performed by certified personnel: TIG, MIG, MAG, and induction.
Materials processed: Steel/Stainless Steel/Aluminum/Aluminized Steel/Ferritic Steel/Titanium/Inconel.

FLARING

Ansa Tech is capable of assembling any type of insulated tube, whether bolted or welded, or of creating a tube within a tube by inserting insulating fiber inside.

Ansa Tech performs various finishing treatments, including those using a micro-blasting machine. For specific treatments such as high-temperature painting, it relies on qualified suppliers.
To maintain the contamination standards required by the customer, Ansa Tech can add various types of protection to the ends.

Ansa Tech has a 3D laser that allows for cutting and drilling on curved tubes up to a thickness of 3 mm.

Ansa Tech has two machines for punching: an automatic load/unload laser combined machine that can operate up to 6 mm thickness on stainless steel, and a standard punch press that cuts up to 2 mm thickness.

Ansa Tech performs rolling operations on sheets using parallel-axis rollers for metal deformation, intended for protective use in various applications. The company also carries out internal rollings with a locking bench equipped with a TIG welder for the production of rolled tubes.

Ansa Tech has various machines to perform marking operations.

The company is equipped with a washing system for stainless steel and aluminum.

Ansa Tech performs various types of internal inspections: visual checks, leak testing in air or water, penetrant testing, macrographs, and 3D scanning for measurements.
